Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1: How soon can I use my membership?

Once you complete your payment a CMPND rep will follow up to get you scheduled for onboarding. If you prefer to sign up in person, we can help right at the studio.

Question 2: What payment methods do you offer?

We support payment through credit card and ACH. Invoicing and purchase orders are only available with an annual payment.

Question 3: Should I bring my own equipment?

When creating the CMPND we set out to have everything a creator needs to do their thing. That being said, we're still building and if you want to bring your gear please do!
